Review: Topster for milk pouring
With many illnesses we only ever discuss the main symptoms, some come with many complex interlinked symptoms.
One of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia for me is muscle weakness and hands shaking. This gets worse when I am tired so having Chronic Fatigue does not help.
It varies at different times of the day, when I am more tired, more in pain. The shaking may be accompanied by stiffness, pins and needles or both. This affects my grip, overall strength of my hand and small detail like pincer grip.
I have just completed nearly a year of physiotherapy for my right arm and gained some relief from cortisone injections. Over time, the appointments started to hinder my resting and we were not making any further progress so I have accepted this is the stage I am at.
Writing is now difficult but I am fine with typing.
With this in mind, I am happy to review a new product I have found called a Topster.
My problem is that milk glugs out of a bottle, with a shaking hand it often slips all over the work top. When my hands are sore especially in winter the screwing on and off action of a simple milk top is so annoying.
This simple yet amazing thing had me baffled why cartons are not designed this way.
How have I coped with five kiddies without this?
It gives my little man extra confidence to get a glass of milk alone as it can be daunting trying to pour milk with you are small.
